Our team of otolaryngologists, also known as ENTs, specialize in diagnosing and treating ear, nose and throat disorders. They also provide comprehensive and compassionate medical and surgical care for issues relating to the structures of the head and neck.
Stanley A. Sheft, M.D.
Dr. Sheft was valedictorian of his high school class and graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame while attaining membership in the Premedical Honor Society. He received his M.D. degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he was a member of the National Medical Honor Society, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. Residency training was performed at the University of Cincinnati, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Peerless and Lowenthal awards for excellence in Otolaryngology. He is the author of numerous publications, Chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology at Hunterdon Medical Center and the Medical Director of Hunterdon Center for Surgery. He is board certified, having scored in the top 3 percent nationwide on his board exam. He lives in the Flemington area.
Douglas L. Worden, M.D.
Dr. Worden completed his undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, where he graduated with honors in biology. He was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his M.D. degree from New York Medical College, where he was a member of the National Medical Honor Society and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. Residency training was completed at the prestigious otolaryngology program at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is the author of several publications and is board certified. Dr. Worden lives in Ringoes with his wife and two daughters and is currently on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center.
David F. Kroon, M.D.
Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Dr. Kroon graduated from Yale University with a degree in biology. He received his M.D. degree from Robert Wood Johnson-UMDNJ medical school, graduating with honors as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. He has been published in numerous medical journals and authored a chapter in a well-known medical textbook. Dr. Kroon loves caring for both children and adults. He and his wife Jody, a pediatrician, have three children and live in Hunterdon County. He is board certified and on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center.
Anoli Maniar, M.D.
Dr. Maniar was born and raised in New Jersey. She was valedictorian of her high school class and graduated from The College of New Jersey with honors. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She went on to complete her post-graduate studies at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – University Hospital with a one-year surgical internship in general surgery and a four-year residency program in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. She is board certified and on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center. She now lives in Branchburg.
John Hanna, D.O., F.A.O.C.O.
Dr. Hanna graduated with honors from the University of Delaware and earned his osteopathy degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also completed his surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hanna is an Eagle Scout, member of Phi Sigma Gamma Medical Honor Society and has published numerous original articles in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Hanna is board certified by the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Hanna has experience in all routine adult and pediatric ENT procedures. He resides in Montgomery with his wife and two children. Dr. Hanna is seeing patients in the Flemington office.
Shilpa Renukuntla, M.D.
Dr. Renukuntla is a board certified otolaryngologist who previously worked as an assistant professor at University of South Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and went on to complete her medical education and residency in otolaryngology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her particular interests include head and neck pathology such as thyroid nodules, parotid tumors and neck masses. She also completed a fellowship in facial plastic surgery under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. She is well-versed in the treatment of the aging face and offers both surgical and non-surgical options such as facelift, rhinoplasty, otoplasty and facial fillers. Dr. Renukuntla has given a number of oral presentations and has been published in Essential Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society. She lives in Clinton, New Jersey with her husband and daughter.

Diana Anderson, Au.D., F.A.A.A.
Dr. Diana Anderson is Board Certified in Audiology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She completed her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2010 from the George S. Osborne College of Audiology at Salus University. She received her Master’s Degree at the University of North Texas, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology from St. John’s University. Dr. Anderson has provided compassionate hearing healthcare for 25 years, and has a special interest in treatment solutions for those suffering with hearing loss and tinnitus.
Nicole Raven, Au.D., F.A.A.A.
Please welcome Dr. Nicole Raven as the newest member of our Audiology team. Dr. Raven has been in the hearing healthcare field since 1995 as both a staff Audiologist and a director. She brings her strong clinical skills and focus on client care to Hunterdon Otolaryngology and Allergy Associates. Dr. Raven received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Pennsylvania State University, her Master of Arts in Audiology from Temple University and her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University School of Health Sciences. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and Audiologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Lisa A. Petino, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Lisa Petino received her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2002 from the University of Florida. She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education of the Hearing Impaired, and a Master’s Degree in Audiology. Dr. Petino holds her NJ Hearing Aid Dispensing license and has been evaluating hearing disorders and dispensing hearing aids for the past 21 years. She is dedicated to providing personalized hearing health care.
Scott Rawicz, M.A., CCC-A
Scott Rawicz earned his Master’s Degree in Audiology from Kean University of New Jersey in 1990. He is a graduate of William Paterson University of New Jersey, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Mr. Rawicz holds both his NJ Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing license and is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He has been evaluating hearing disorders and dispensing hearing aids for the past 27 years. He is dedicated to providing personalized hearing health care.
